Delivery Method
Delivery depends on weight. Parcels are delivered by courier or via a parcel terminal/point.
Depending on the country of destination, a parcel will be kept for at least 6 days from the first attempt at delivery or shipment to a parcel terminal / the shipment notification.
Delivery Prices
To calculate and display the exact shipping costs, please add the items of your choice to the shopping cart. The shipping costs are calculated either based on the total weight of all items in the shopping cart or as a flat rate (depending on the shipping method), as well as by the delivery address and shipping method currently selected. The shipping costs for the items in the shopping cart will only be recalculated if additional items are added to the shopping cart or in case of changes to the country of delivery or shipping method.
Non-EU
Any customs duties and taxes [import VAT] to non-EU countries are not generally included in the shipping costs; as a rule, such fees must be paid upon acceptance of goods in the country of delivery.
