Shopping Cart and Order Processing

Go to the page of the selected product. In the "Availability" section, you will see whether the product can be ordered. Delivery time is stated in the description of each product. Select the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart." To place the order, click "Shopping Cart." To receive a discount, enter your coupon code. Then click "Checkout." On the order page, enter the required information. Select "Delivery Method" and "Payment Method." Confirm that you have read the terms and conditions by ticking the box "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions." Make sure all order details are correct and click "Confirm Order."


Discount Coupons

You can use discount coupons to receive a discount. Use them in the shopping cart during checkout.

Payment must be made within 5 days of placing the order. If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be canceled. The order will not be processed until the payment has been received.

Order Status

All registered customers can track their order status and history. To do so, log into your account and click “Order History.” Depending on the order, you may see the following statuses:

"Unpaid" – your order has been received, but payment has not been made yet. If you chose bank transfer, payment must be made within 5 days or the order will be automatically canceled.

"Pending" – your order has been received but not yet processed.

"Paid" – your order has been paid for and will be processed soon.

"Processing" – your order is being processed but has not yet been shipped. If the product is out of stock, you will be informed via a comment with the estimated delivery time.

"Shipped" – your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking code and estimated delivery date in a comment.

"Partially Shipped" – part of your order has been shipped. The remaining items will be sent once received from the manufacturer.

"Canceled" – your order has been canceled. More information will be provided in a comment.

You will receive an email each time the status changes.
